I have cable modem (128kbps)and I'm facing same problem. SPWAW scenario library is out of my reach

It's typical, once in a while you can luck out and get in there. Try off hours, after 2300 and before 0600. When you get in there, loot the place. ------------------ "When do we get our flamethrowers, Top?"
