I honestly don't see how you can possibly persist in this line after what Ian said. It was all very unfortunate and unintentional, but at the end of the day it was you and your wife who were at fault, not Plimus.

We would not normally put any information about a customer in to the forum but I felt in this situation we had to clarify what was going on.

Glenn we'll be more than happy to sort this out with you, but Plimus are not authorised to do any of the things you were asking them to do, hence we need to get involved. Lets hope we can all move on and enjoy the great games now and forget about this :)
