TF 244 is unloading the 1/84th Nav Guard unit at Lunga. I'm surprised to see that there was some supplies already there, or maybe it's
being downloaded from the ship as the troops are coming off. I've got a fuel ship and some engineers headed this way already so maybe
we'll have an airfield and a port soon.

TF 272, I think that's the one, has text in the name field that says it was in Tokyo on the 17th of March and given today's date I can say
that roughly speaking it's about 8 or 9 days from Tokyo to Truk. Sailing at 11 knots.

I just took some back-of-the-envelop calculations about my going through the list of all TF's moving them as needed and out of 98 ships
4 times I needed to dock or undock the TF, 6 times I needed to do some involved rebuilding of the TF from various ships, 10 times I
needed to redirect a TF to a different destination and 78 times there was no change needed at all. Just thought you would like to know.

Wake is out of just about everything but some ships are headed to Wake w/ supplies and fuel and we're even downloading the 34th Inf
Rgt at Wake.

I sent a convoy to Port Moresby and had the big guns escort them and they STILL got shot up. So I guess that the answer is to do naval
bombardments of Port Moresby until the hurting stops. I'm loosing supply ships to this kind of process. Supplying my troops from sea
isn't the way to supply them I'm finding out. Half of them have some supply now however so I'm thinking of getting them up to supply and
just letting the Allied forces do their bombardments and eventually this situation will work itself out. It's just that I'm in a hurry right now.

And I lose another ship to the PBY's from Java. I may have to evacuate all the ships away from Christmas Island IO for a while until the
PBY's go away.

And of course, the Allies had to do their daily ground bombardment of Port Moresby. I'm hoping that when everybody is supplied that
the adjustment of the AV will be more better.

If you've been keeping up w/ what happens in this AAR you may remember that I transfered some Zero's to Jaluit without looking to see if
there was an air base there ( and there wasn't ) and they were transfered to Jaluit as damaged and all 27 if them were down for maint.
And now this turn I find them at Jaluit and all serviceable. They were transfered to the Kaga w/o a problem and all 27 of them are ready
for combat now. Kool.

This makes just about an even dozen ships that were sacrificed to bring some supply to Port Moresby's Jap ground force. But it's so
important that it had to be done. I'm going to lose these two ships too. I guess the trick is to bombard the Allied guns till they're silent
and THEN bring in the supply.

I've plotted a course for I-4 that I think might give a good chance of an event. A bug has fallen into my spiders web. I can feel the
vibrations of the bug trying to get away but I'm as fast as the wind.

As far as resources go at Amami Oshima, there isn't enough left there to pay for the trip there to get it. I'm running into more and more
sources of resources that are going dry......I'll have to find more sources and pretty quick.
