Sorry to ask, Larry, but how much of your supply woes are due to

  • the challenges that Japan would "normally" face at this point of the war?
  • your inexperience with playing the Japanese side?
  • your inexperience with playing the game, either side?
  • possible recent inattentiveness, maybe due to returning focus on TOAW? (Playing WITP:AE well demands near total focus, no?)

Please don't be offended, and please take these questions in the proper spirit. I am no WITP:AE expert, and certainly no expert on playing the Japanese side. Not at all suggesting that I could do any better. I'm just curious to know for when and if I ever choose to play Japan.

  • Hey I just learned how to put a bullet on your list.......thanks for that. So um......how much of my woes are due to _______ ( insert your
reason in the blank ). Um....I'm pretty sure that all the reasons you have listed are part of the problem. And I'm pretty sure I'm a victum
of all of them. I'm not sure what kind of challenges Japan would "normally" face at this point in the war because I've never played
this game before, especially this far into it. I think the main problem is that this scenario is RA 4.2 and it's supposed to be hard.
I'm not offended by your question(s) and I'm documenting this thing, each problem as I find it, so that guys like you can know what I
ran into while playing this thing. Like a scientific experiment or something. I'm beginning to think that maybe this is a comedy of
errors and I'm a stooge. I wasn't expecting the game to be this hard. Maybe I should start taking notes.
