I am playing as Axis against Soviet normal AI under patch 1.06.06. The current turn is 66, 9/17/1942, when I occupied both soviet permanent supply sources, Baku and Chelyabinsk. I hit End Turn and the AI began running logistics phase, until the 'check unit surrender' segment, the game froze, for already 16 hours. I have every reason to believe that the game program will never see this through.

I experimented with this a little bit and found out that if only Baku was occupied, the program wouldn't freeze. Only when both Baku and Chelyabinsk were occupied would this freeze occur.

Here is the end turn 66 save file, just in case someone like to try freeze his WitE program, and good luck!

I also see this. Joel currently has control of the bug list so it's his call on when this gets added, but probably in the next update.

This is a bug and I'll add it to the list. If all permanent supply sources are captured, the game should declare an automatic victory rather than crashing. Although it's not explicitly stated, capturing all supply centers shoud isolate all enemy units and you should consider yourself the immediate winner.
