Not sure what effect Oboe has in the game. In real life it was highly accurate though within a short range (the Ruhr). It was accurate to within 30 yards so even by 1943 British night bombers could bomb individual industrial targets (or airfields if they wished) as accurately as they could cities. Yet this does not seem to be the case in the game.

Like many aspects of the Bomber Command war, it seems to have been ignored in this game.

Don't try to stage a daylight 3 Group G-H raid either....
