One of the things that has always bothered me about this game is dealing with the initial lop sided support unit placement. It's always made me hesitant to start a new game knowing the click fest that was in store for me.

So I have made a scenario where all (a few exceptions that I will get to) the Axis support units start the game in their respective High Commands, and with a starting Admin of 500 with which to place them in any manner you wish.

Now the fact that you could rail OKH around and place them without AP expenditure probably precludes this from being a good PBEM mod but for messing around against the AI it works fine for me.

I've started this one with mountain support units with the Mountain Corps and the Sturm Pnr Bn with the Sturm Div. as it was easier to do this in the editor than through the game itself and I'm OCD like that.

I've also placed both Romanian Armies under Army Group Anton. to unburden AGS

Anyways having made this for my own use I felt that maybe I ought to share it in case anyone else might find it useful.
