I enjoyed watching these, I've made it through about 6 of them so far. Quite a testament to what can be accomplished to make a solitaire boardgame interesting for everyone.

Going to give this a try when I get home tonight. I have the board game. I was in my local gameshop yesterday and they had a "gently used" copy listed for $70. I was kind of surprised.

Status: offline 		Thanks for posting this! Before pc's I played Avalon Hill's "queen of the sky" and strat-o-matic baseball all the time ; then came my atari 800 and SSI had a game called "50 mission crush " which was similar to queen.... thanks again, I have already installed it !

Status: offline 		1st mission complete for B-17G Los Pusi.

Mission to Karlsruhe, middle formation of the middle squadron.

Hit by friendly fire then intercom knocked out by German fighters.

Flak destroyed engine #4, continued with the mission.

More flak inflicted superficial damage to the radio room, nose and tailplane, but the bomber dropped its bombs with accuracy.

Returned to base and landed successfully. No kills recorded.

Will keep going to see how Los Pusi fares...

Status: offline 		B17: Quen of the skies was an excellent pre- computer game.

Sadly it's out of print. Even more sadly I lost my copy years ago.

It comes up in second hand condition every so often. However for anyone interested Legionwargames is doing a revamp (Legionwargames.com) - I've already reserved a copy. They also have a pending version for the B26 Marauder and have brought out one for the B29 over Japan.

Still I think a computer version is something that would work well
