Mission report:

The Germans stay home today. Managed to hit the two targets I was after in Belgium 2 x 8 size factories. more points, in the next few turns I hope the german front line starts to pull back or I have not been doing as well as I thought.

Day 71:

The German are going to come out and play today as I am going down below the ruhr to hit more power plants and two more 8 + factories.

This should bring him up, I have two FS from the 9th following the track the bombers are taking, I hope they find some of his fighters.

Mission report:

The Germans let me fly in and out again without any trouble. My bombing though was mostly done through cloud.

One thing I did notice is that he has moved a lot of fighters out of Normandy toward Belgium I guess he is setting up for the next raid to the ruhr.

Another 30% cloud day.
FB back at his infantry
mediums going after 3 PRI.AF with heavy fighter escort I want him to come up and fight.
Heavies now that he has moved some fighter I am going to bomb down near averanche

Day 73
Raid Map:

BC and the 8th airforce both free today.

Heavies today has 5 raids all running down the same stream targets are 2 chem factories and 3 more power stations.
To help protect the bombers all the 9th airforce fighters are FS down the stream the bombers are taking in 3 sqaudron groups spaced 5 mins apart. Also spitfires are spacing themselves along the stream and finnally mustangs from the normandy area are also patroling from normandy to the stream.

BC are going after a size 12 port and another power station.

Glad to see that you two are still at it.

It looks like your Eighth AF heavies are being allowed to roam the skies unmolested. Has he pulled all of the HAA from his factories and installations? If so, you should be able to make him pay for that decision by bombing from half of the current altitude. Bomber Command could likewise benefit if German urban areas are similarly unprotected.

As far as FB attacks on his troops are concerned, perhaps you could dedicate some of your Jugs toward that end. Your Mustangs appear to be fully capable of handling whatever the depleted Luftwaffe can throw at them.

Anyhow, thanks again for the entertaining AAR, and to you and your worthy foe for the fine game.

Hitting a lot of chem and steel today, Hoping his fighter will come up and play

Recon every steel ,chem and rubber plants just to see how much damage I will need to do.

Using two jug Sqd to see how they do againt infantry.

BC going very deep to hit steel and chem
