Hi all,
I've started another pbem with the 1.2.0 patch using Entente side. We're at 1916 (around 55 turn) and russian started civil war and surrender.

My question is: why so soon? The only thing I had is a lowered quality of manpower (it turns yellow) two or three turns ago, but can't understand why they started a civil war now.

Any ideas?
