Hello guys. Recently I decide to mod Distant Worlds: Shadows and I have some questions: 1. What maximum experience level of troops and how I can train them? Because in maximum tech level and with Troop Academy I can train only Veterans, but Planetary Defense Units are still green. 2. Where I can mod planetary facilities? 3. How I can edit technologies?

To 2 and 3 you can't do either, unfortunately. Most of the modding that is possible now is adding and modifying races, graphics, and some interface elements. #1 sounds like it might be a bug and should be reported.

Well... OK. Thanks.

P.S. This is not a bug. In latest (7th) tech level Infantry trains as Veterans, Armored forces - as Experienced and Planetary defense - as Greens.
