Hi,

I want to build larger mining stations (e.g. more shields), that will be used with the complet automation on. So the selfmade station design should be upgraded normaly, it should work as a new template. So I gave them a higher name, GMS-10 -> GMS-11. The next automation created design is called GMS-11, too, and is small again. So changing the ingame template is not working this way.

I did it with the template files, but this seems not to work with a started game. I am looking for a way ingame.

What means optimized in the Designer ?

I was just wondering what optimized means in that design screen, I have no idea myself, I've never seen it say anything other than 'No' and the galactopedia has no further information.

just fyi I also have barely any idea how to control the design screen properly, it never seems to work the way I expect it to even after changing my expectations a number of times.
