everyone wants to be axis.

I also posted a challenge.
I either did not...or could not look at your setup (easy/human-AI controlled) countries.

My 450 turn challenge offering has the following setup :
it is intended to encourage lots of fighting...

Belgium ...human2 easy
Brit colony...human2 easy
Bulgaria .... human1 very easy
Denmark AI normal
Estonia human2 very easy
Finland human1 easy
France human2 easy
Germany human1 easy
Great Britain human2 easy
Greece AI easy
Hungary human2 easy
Iceland AI normal
Iraq human2 normal
Ireland AI normal
Italy human1 very easy
Latvia human2 very easy
Lithiunia human2 very easy
Netherlands human2 very easy
Norway AI easy
Persia AI normal

I don't guarantee all the above attributes are what is IN the actual game challenge file...
but it is a flavour/indication of intent.
