I dont know why, but I seem to have a different scen 2 than everyone else. I started 2 games recently 1 with me as Japs and 1 as allies. The allied one has map differences than mine does. For example on the allied one there is a dot base on the northern Oz coast north of Wyndham where as mine (the Jap game) doesnt.

Another example is Terrace in Canada is in hex 199,41 in my game (not on a rail line) while it is in 200,41 in the other.

How do I have a different version and how do I get an upgrade to it?

Hello,

als an allied player currently playing scen 2 I can confirm that there is a dot base on position 70,124 which is called "Truscott". The base ID is 1601. Terrace in Canada is at position 200,41 in my game.

Terrace did in fact change it's location in one of the patches. I'm guessing the same thing happened with Truskott and one or two other bases. If you have two different installs, I'm guessing you haven't updated one or the other to the latest official patch (1108r9). If you only have one install, then I'm guessing you started one game before installing the latest patch, then started the second game after patching. Last case, if you started both games at the same time, after patching, then you may want to try running the patch again then re-starting your game - once in a while the patch doesn't take the first time for some folks.

Dont recall if I have ever upgraded to an official patch. Always used the betas. Will try that. Thanks.

That would a data item and not associated with the EXE betas.
