Can the following units be made available for cargo:

Multi-Mission Launcher [15 cells]
NASAMS (with MIM-120B)
vehicle (AN/TPQ-36A)
vehicle (NTAS FLIR/LR)
radar (AN/TPS-80 G/ATOR)

I'm hoping to use them in a scenario I'm currently working on.

thanks for considering

New request.

Can the semi-cancelled MEADS System be added as a hypothetical unit to the USA, Germany, and italy?

Missile is Patriot-PAC-3 supplemented by IRST-SL for german systems. It is 360 degree fire capable.

Not a ton of details on the radar used but the fire control radar is an x-band AESA made in germany not much available. The surveillance radar haseven less information and is listed as 'UHF' on wikipedia. My bet is it is either c band or D band and based on the AN/FPS-117 as it appeares to have the same shape and dimensions. This is also supported by Lockheed Martin being the contractor for the missiles and Surveillance radar.

Is it possible to make M142 HIMARS transportable as cargo on a C-130? It seems it should be based on DB mass, area data in DB but I'm not able to load. Using db build 476 and command v1.14 build 998.15.

thanks

By the KDX-1 illuminated P-1 incident, P-1 detect STIR180 Firing Control Radar. I checked P-1 in CMANO couldn't detect K band emissions. SO can you add specs about it for P-1'S "J/HQL-109B" or just add RWR for it?

Minor database correction to DB3000 Weapon_878 SA-20b (48N6M). Janes gives the warhead size as 180kg, vice 150. Also, max target speed is 5442 knots and Range v. ABM is 5-40 km , and 2,000-25,000m altitude (ballistic missile)

I'd like to request three simple additions to the DB3000 database for a large scenario I am working on:

*A load-out of 24-36 x MALD-J for the 2019 version of the B-1B. Noting the light weight and compact size of the MALD-J, this seems like a reasonable 'what if', especially for those players looking to experiment with the arsenal aircraft concept.

*A sub-launched version of the LRASM that can be launched from any VLS or 533mm TT equipped submarine. Noting the missile can already be launched from surface-ship VLS cells, this also seems like a reasonable 'what if'.

*An Australian version of the EA-18G with NGJ, noting Australia is jointly funding the development with the US. As I'm a new member I can't post links, but googling AIR5349 Phase 6 will show the RAAF's plans for the system, and various trade press publications have carried reporting that show Australia and the US have entered into a cooperative development program for the NGJ.

So I was looking into missing weapons and realized that the Kh-15/AS-16 "kickback" is not represented properly.

Firstly it is only being carried by the Tu-160 which should be able to hold 12 on its 2 rotary racks. However the weapon is also carried by the Tu-22M with 6 on the internal rotary rack and up to 4 under the wings. The Su-33 and Su-34 are also able to carry the weapon likely 1 centerline or 2 with one under each wing.

There are 3 versions of the missile however only one is in game.

Kh-15 standard nuclear version already in game

The Kh-15S/A anti shipping missile with an active radar seeker and 150kg conventional warhead.

The Kh-15P anti radiation missile variant with a 150kg conventional warhead.

I doubt that the Su-33 and Su-34 carry the nuclear versions.

Beyond the Kh-15 there are a few other weapons I would love to see in game.

3M54AE- air launched Kalibr cruise missile used by Su-35 and probably Tu-142 and Tu-22M

3M54AE1- anti shipping version of above

3M14AE- lighter version for use by MiG-35

The Ka-25BSh Hormone A (#2300) has a loadout called VTT-1, RGB-1. However, this loadout does not actually include the RGB-1 sonobuoys. (The three other ASW loadouts do include the sonobuoys.)

Could the loadout be updated to include the sonobuoys? (Or the loadout name changed if the sonobuoys aren't supposed to be there.) These forces are used in Guner98's Mediterranean Fury 1 scenario.

The 35mm Oerlikon Millennium GDM-008 anti-air PH is only 25% when other similar modern CIWS have a much higher PH. Can the PH be increased to make it comparable to other similar systems? Especially given its unique shrapnel projectile method.

I belief there is a wrong information of the #2100 - AA-2b Atoll [R-3R]. In the sensors-table the DB is saying it has Semi-Active Radar Homing (SARH), but I think the R-3R should be an infrared missile.

A cursory look through Wikipedia will tell you the R-3R was a later SARH version of the AA-2 Atoll.

It seems like I got confused by the DB-page of the R-3R. It should be telling us something about the R-3R itself, but instead it describes the R-3S, which made me believe the R-3R in CMANO would be an IR-missile:
quote:

The AA-2a ATOLL (R-3S) is a short range, air-to-air, uncooled infrared homing missile. It is a solid fuel rocket. The original R-3 and R-3S are direct copies of the AIM-9B Sidewinder and many parts are interchangeable with the AIM-9B.

Hi!
Is it possible to have the following classes added please:

Samuel Gompers-class destroyer tender
Yellowstone class-destroyer tender
Emory S. Land-class submarine tender (the preceding L.Y. Spear-class is there...great!)
Hunley-class submarine tender
Simon Lake-class submarine tender
Fulton-class submarine tender
Pigeon-class submarine rescue ship
Haven-class hospital ship
Vulcan-class repair ship
Safeguard-class salvage vessel
Bolster-class salvage vessel
Keystone State-class crane ship
Maumee-class oiler
Powhatan-class tugboat

They were all in service after the DB3000 cut-off year of 1979; some were even commissioned after that year.
If you need references I could help with that (I don't have Jane's like you guys do, nor any other "official" sources; just Dr Google).

Also, HMAS Stalwart, another destroyer tender that is not yet in the database. Could this also be added, please?

Thanks in advance!

I can second that request. I have plans for the AD-38 & 41 in future scenarios and could easily retrofit Indian Ocean Fury #1 to include AD-42. Not critical but good for story line.

Thanks, mate!

I think those classes are always overlooked.
And they would enhance what is already quite a comprehensive database.

No problem so long as you can provide the data and references.

Here's an example of a well formatted request.

Just be aware that formatting and referencing aside, the priority for database additions is determined chiefly by providing the most scenario and database 'bang' for the development hour 'bucks'; quick fixes to existing platforms, additions of new and significant platforms, and fixes to broken things take priority over addition of esoteric or obscure platforms, or minor details that don't affect gameplay.

The overarching intent of this thread and the database in general is to allow the creation of more community made scenarios, not just to form a comprehensive list of everything that has ever existed.

Hi apache,

I understand the prioritisation of additions.

Hopefully the actual functionality/utility of the platforms I requested will be added in the future so that more in-depth/complex community-created scenarios can be built.

I figured that if 9mm and 5.56mm mounts/weapons and individual infantry units are present or considered (I saw on the forum mention of this), then critical, high-value logistics platforms would most certainly tick the right boxes.

Nice link, BTW. I'll have a crack at that request format when I get a chance.

Thanks for your patience.

Hi there!
In this instalment, I'm mainly pointing out inconsistencies in the use of FLIR pods. In most cases, there is an inconsistency between the name of the loadout and the FLIR pod used in it. Also, I also request the use of the Litening AT pod in many AA loadouts, as is practice in other countries using the Hornet.

#3799 – F-16AM Falcon MLU
- In the AIM-120B 202 + Litening 4, AIM-120B 400 + Litening 4, AIM-9X Heavy + Litening 4 and AIM-9X Light + Litening 4 loadouts, the PANTERA pod is used instead of the Litening 4 pod mentioned in the loadout’s description

#2048, #4103 – F/A-18D Hornet
- There should be AA loadouts using the Litening AT pod, as in other countries’ Hornets
- The Litening ER pod is erroneously used instead of the Litening AT pod in the Mk77 & Mk77 short-range loadouts

#712, #3857 – F/A-18F Hornet
- There should be AA loadouts using the Litening AT pod, as in other countries’ Hornets
- The AN/ASQ-228 ATFLIR Terminator II pod is erroneously used instead of the Litening AT pod in the GBU-38 & GBU-38 light loadouts

#2325, #3856, #2326, #4575, #4683 – F/A-18A+ Hornet
- There should be AA loadouts using the Litening AT pod, as in other countries’ Hornets
- The AN/ASQ-228 ATFLIR Terminator II pod is erroneously used instead of the Litening AT pod in the Mk82 Snakeye & Mk82 Snakeye short-range loadouts

#2046, #2097, #3712, #3912 – F/A-18A Hornet
#3283, #3284, #3910, #3911 – F/A-18B Hornet
#1086, #3826, #977, #4573, #4685 – F/A-18C Hornet
#4640, #4688 – F/A-18C+ Hornet
#4104, #4105, #4106, #4576, #4687, #1088, #3827, #575, #4572, #4686 – F/A-18D Hornet

- There should be AA loadouts using the Litening AT pod, as in other countries’ Hornets

The Colombian Mirage 5COR recon aircraft, DB #3066, doesn't have any internal cameras. The CORs had the same R nose as other Mirage 5s so it should have the same 4x Generic Visual Reconnaissance Cameras as the Mirage 5BR #3064.
