Could you please confirm that the following weapons have the dreaded Hawk pic?

Weapon #683 - AGM-114K Hellfire II
Weapon #463 - AGM-114C Hellfire
Weapon #684 - AGM-114B Hellfire

Asking this because the following weapons have no pics here and I'm only using the very last pack. (Have you deleted your existing DB 3000 and CWDB files, as CV60 recommended in the Readme, before pasting in the new version of the pack?)

I've just been through the DB, and yes, those three were present only because I did not clear the old files before pasting!

Hope this is useful for you guys. What is the best way to send on any images I have compiled? I could probably upload a .zip file to my dropbox for you/CV60.

Status: offline 		Jabbman-Thanks for locating the HAWK phots. Those were the result of an automation experiment gone awry. I've gradually been going through and eliminating them as I find them. I'll fix that in the next update. Just PM your photos to me, and I'll add them to the next update, hopefully at the end of this month. I'm really interested in photos for the CWDB set, as that part of the database is a bit light. However, I will take any you have.

Great stuff! That's a lot of new stuff:
DB3000 now has nearly 9000 images (~ 1.38 gig).
CWDB is 2320 images (~ 400 meg).


There are still Hawk images on other systems:

Weapon #815 - BGM-71F TOW 2B
Weapon #692 - BGM-71A TOW

As well as most of the others that were previously listed. The ones for the mavericks are gone I believe.
I removed all of the previous images in the DB3000 folder out before copying in the new files.
For some reason the thumbnail.db file will NOT delete (heck I can't even SEE it in the folder. I have to copy over it.


The images are working fine otherwise.

I have an image of the BGM-71F TOW 2B I will send to CV60 along with a handful of others.

Status: offline 		Hi, I have a question: I think the instructions on the warfaresims site for installing the DB updates is incorrect--it says to install to the [Command]\DB\ folder, but I think it should be the [Command]/DB/Images folder. Plus, the link says it is for the Oct update, not the latest?

Status: offline 		I just re-dowloaded the December version of the image files from the google drive link as part of a fresh install of Command. Am I imagining it, or were the description texts not included in this release? All the images are fine (and great job!), but it seems like the text describing the units are gone--- even some I fairly clearly remember having them in my previous install.

My plan for the descriptions is to emphasize weapons and radars in the DB3000, then the CWDB, and do the ships and aircraft descriptions later.

What I would do first is to check if the option "Display Status Image" is still on (Game -> Game Options):


If you mean you have no images at all, even in the Database Viewer, then check that you still have more than a thousand of pictures file in the CWDB and DB3000 subforlders (.\SteamApps\common\Command Modern Air Naval Operations\DB\Images).

Hope it helps.

Status: offline 		Well… I deleted the images… And tried to reinstall them… They are there… However they don't come up in my game… Could someone show me what the path that the directory should be… I believe they're just possibly in the wrong place…

I noticed this also… And I want to thank you… Because I'm having problems with my images not coming up in the game… And it is possibly because of the incorrect path as you have shown above…

There you should have these two folders:


And in it, the pictures:



As for the descriptions, they should be in .\Command Modern Air Naval Operations\DB\Descriptions.

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\Command Modern Air Naval Operations\DB\Descriptions

There you should have these two folders:
