I was training a colonial trooper with SWS Headhunter and Xenomorph pheropod, every time I train one it dies instantly. This happens repeatedly. Seems like a strange mechanic, so I assume it is a bug. Saves, logs, and screenshot attached.

A sniper with conversion device currently has -100% power (= 0.0), thus dies instantly -- we have to come up with a solution for that.

Thanks, that makes sense. If this is the intended behavior then maybe a warning, like a big skull over the unit in the workshop screen (with explanatory tool tip) would make things more obvious.
