A question regarding EZ's and how they work; To my understanding any unit that enters an EZ defined by one side will be changed to Unfriendly or Hostile (depending on EZ settings). Does this occur even if the 'owner' of the EZ is not aware of it being in the EZ area? For example, say a submarine belonging to side B is to transit past a part of an EZ area defined by side A. These two sides are neutral to each other. If side A detects the submarine while it is in the EZ, it will be flagged as unfriendly (in this case). What happens if the submarine transits the EZ, but is detected after leaving it? Will it still show up as unfriendly? Likewise, what happens if the submarine is detected prior to entering the EZ, but contact is lost before it enters the area, and only reestablished after it has left the zone - will it be neutral or unfriendly? Also related - what happens if a unit belonging to a 'Friendly' nation enters an EZ - will it also be tagged like neutrals? This is relevant to a scenario I am working on - the neutral side in the above example is Taiwan, which has a pair of EZ's around it. A submarine belonging to another nation might end up pathing through part of the EZ area, in which case I am curious if it will be tagged unfriendly even if it is not detected during transit. The screenshot here illustrates the above. The submarine is the neutral one to the SW of the Taiwanese coast (this is in the editor, so Gods Eye in enabled), while the outer EZ is shown.
