And then next the 1st Armoured Div gets to move. I'm rolling across the desert as fast as my vehicles will go.

This turn sees the 101st doing mop up. Hopefully this won't take long and they can head toward Baghdad.

The Syrian 9th Armoured Div has driven into the surburbs of Kuwait City. It'll fall next turn maybe.

And I captured Kuwait City. It was almost too easy.

And after all the attacks the turn ended and the Iraqis did their moves and at the beginning of turn five I was presented w/ this screen.
I'm not sure what the effects of Chemical Warfare on my troops is but I'll find out and let you know. If there's some special shock or
something.

So far the effects of the chemical warfare are that the Syrians, Egyptians, and the 101st Div are all in garrison mode now.

5 turns = 60 hours. Not bad, Schwarzkopf needed 100 hrs.

I'm curious regarding Coalition losses compared to history. Historical losses were (wikipedia):

Coalition:
190 killed by enemy action, 44 killed by friendly fire, 248 killed by in-theater accidents
Total: 482 Killed
458 wounded - 776 wounded (differing sources)
Kuwait:
200 killed

My total losses were 107 squads, 57 tanks, 12planes, 0 helicopters, plus a number of other assorted equipment.

The Iraqis lost 8172 squads, 3503 tanks, and 7 planes.

I'm thinking you did a whole lot better than I'm doing. Here's the Iraqi losses from my game:

Elements of the 3rd Armoured Div have blasted a hole through the lines into the rest of the country of Kuwait. Now to push some
units through there taking the road north into Iraq.

I used the 101st to grab a bridge over the river. I'm thinking there's only one other way to get to Baghdad and that's the road on the
west. So I've effectively cutoff all the enemy units south of this river I think.

I used some paratroopers to grab the bridges over the Euphrates river so that the Iraqi units will have to stay on the east side of the
river now. Channel my targets onto the east road. I'm expecting Combat support to enable the paratroops to survive there for a
couple of turns. Maybe I can somehow get some land-based help to them shortly.

The Egyptian 3rd Mech Div is arriving further north and can take up blocking positions. They are slated to head north when it becomes
practical.

I'm checking out the supply levels and discovered to my dismay that the supply levels are way way too low to fight a war. I'm going to
have to pull back from these untenable positions.

I'm not feeling poorly about having to withdrawl. I've already won a significant sort of victory. I don't much feel like loosing any more
people so I'm going to pull back. Just blow the bridges I've gained and pull back.

The 3rd Armoured Div has enough supply left to press on into Eastern Iraq.

I used some assets of the 101st AA Div to grab the bridges over the Tigris River to tighten the noose a bit. The only major target left
is Baghdad itself. I'm planning to drop the paratroopers on it soon.

I thought I'd go ahead and drop one on Baghdad and see what happened. Nothing so far. Maybe the game is over? Maybe not.

I fixed the missions for the aircraft and hit the end turn button and the game engine went to the Iraqi side of things and I stopped the
action to have a look at the supply situation and needless to say it's not good for the Iraqi's. I guess grabbing those bridges and
dropping the paratroops on various cities has killed the supply for the Iraqi's. It's all downhill for them now.

I used the A-10's and the helicopters to help destroy the last 5 Iraqi units and the game ended one turn early. I guess the use of
interdiction made the difference.

Anybody have a request for a scenario to be done into an AAR? I need to know what you guys want me to document now.
