A chance that the turn will end of 30% when all major powers pass is considered to be not high enough. Especially, since the USSR needs to repair the frontlines...

USSR and the CW take land actions, the US a combined action and the French pass.

The previous turn did exhaust the Luftwaffe, where the USSR still has got the three TB-3's available for action. This means that for this impulse, the USSR has air superiority and those long range aircraft can assist in ground support anywhere along the front in the USSR.

Timoshenko is railed into the woods hex at the Persian/Turkish/ USSR border. STAVKA does need that front to be in supply. A factory is railed out of Dnepropetrovsk towards Siberia. The Soviet forces withdraw tactically. Again, all the reserves are now at the frontlines, but the front still isn't broken. Zhukov reroganises two planes.

Status: offline 		The Axis improve the frontlines. After some debate on possible attacks, it is decided not to make any attacks, outside of Odessa. The Soviet TB-3's are available for ground support and the Luftwaffe is spend. More FTR's wanted on the Russian front. Von Bock provides HQ support. The remaining Luftwaffe FTR flies CAP over the hex, to prevent the TB-3's from giving ground support. Thus the Soviet airforce stay grounded. Suddenly, the Soviet general realizes that he might kill von Rundstedt if he uses the Blitzkrieg table (no MOT included, my mistake, but Germany gets away without problems...):

Together with the fact that I don't have a lot of time available at the moment, it might take some time before this AAR is continued... But it will be continued, no matter what...

Status: offline 		The US draws 1 entry chit in the Ge/It and three in the Japanese pool. The President announces that it will be offering repair facilities to any CW, French or Russian ship in need of repairs, in accordance with the Lend Lease act.

Also, the US Army air corps announces that it will purchase the long range heavy bombers as offered by Boeing. One entry chit moved out of the Japanese entry to the tension pool. There are now:

29 chits in the Ge/It and 22 in the Japanese entry pools. Abwehr makes a pessimistic estimation of US entry for both Japan and Germany to be at least 51 times 2 is about 100. For Japan perhaps 10 lower at maximum. This puts the US in the last column of the “It's War Chart”.

Now, more interesting are the tension pools. There are currently 6 chits in the Ge/It and 4 in the Japanese tension pools. If one makes an estimation (by giving the chits an avarage of 2,5), Abwehr estimates that tension against the Euroaxis is around 27 and Japanese tension is about 22.

Japan produces 18 build points and saves 5 oil. It uses 4 oil for reorganisation. 8 oil remain for future use. It repairs the Yamato and the Takao, 2 CP, TERR, 2 Pilots, CVP, INF, FTR3.

Now, there are two bugs in the production planning on the Allied side. First is the fact that the newly placed partisan in Teheran doesn't seem to block the railroad for the Persian oil to the USSR towards Bandar Shah. It can't use the railroad to the USSR, too, since a German ZOC blocks that path.

Status: offline 		This I can correct by putting the oil resource in Persia to “idle”, or use this resource for reorganisation (which I will do, to make things easier to me).

The USSR produces 23 build points, saves 6 oil. It uses 1 Persian oil for reorganisation. 33 oil remain for further use. The USSR scraps the three planes it lost this turn. It builds Koniev, 2FTR2, 2 pilots, 2 INF and 2 MIL.

Next is a larger problem. Apparently option 32 isn't coded correctly. Using this option, it is the CW who decides where the US delivers the oil, but the US convoys can be used to transport the US oil to those destinations. That isn't coded correctly, when I change the oil to go to Belfast, it isn't going to use US convoys. The same happens too with the oil point send to the French. This last one is even worse, because since the oil point is send to the French us a CW convoy point, it prevents a Venezuelan oil point lent to the CW from reaching Canada. So, using the magic wand, I have to put 4 CW oil points into Belfast and remove three out of Canada after production.

Status: offline 		This is a real nasty bug. It has been reported and needs to be adressed sometimes in the future for people who choose this US entry option and play with it...

The US produces 29 build points and saves 1 oil. All units can be reorganised without using oil. 7 oil remain for further use. It finishes a TRS and repairs three CW BB's and a Free French cruiser. It builds a PARA, 4 pilots, 3 CVP and a NAV2.

The CW produces 22 build points and saves 7 oil, It uses 5 oil for reorganisation. 52 oil remain for further use. The lost ships (among which the Ark Royal) are scrapped, due to the house rule in place (no ships sunk will be rebuild. Better ones are on the drawing board...). A AMPH and TRS are started and it builds 2 FTR2, 2 pilots, 3 CP, 2 INF.

France produces nothing. It doesn't save any oil (one is send to the CW and one is received from the US). All units can be reorganised without using oil. 4 oil remain for further use. The ships lost this turn are scrapped.

French Sudan is liberated by the CW and returned to France. Japan conquers Malaya. During the war, Malaya didn't have a national anthem, so it isn't in this AAR.
