In Iron Hand I'm trying to destroy a radar installation with Russian SSM Missiles. However, nothing happens. How come?

i would check the DB entry on the missiles you're trying to use. In the DB listing it will tell you what kind of targets the missile can attack.

What do your logs say happened?

You can save them during play by clicking Game->Message Log->Print to file

You can then find the log of the engagement in your Logs folder.
