Hello all. I have noticed a new behavior in Shadows that I would like some help in figuring out. I started a war with one of my neighbors. Snatched up two of their worlds, and they sued for peace, which I accepted. Afterwards however, I noticed a bunch of my fleets, had red lines indicating an attack vector. OK no biggie, I'll just send them to their home bases. Then I noticed the had re-based to a local star port. How can I prevent them from doing this? Since all of my colonies get at least a small fleet to protect them, figuring out who goes where is going to be a PAIN! I have automation set to suggest targets, and all fleets are set to auto, attack, anywhere. Thanks for any help!

Check the fleet formation setting. It is at the very bottom of the empire policy list, and is probably the one that allows the AI to mess with your fleet postures.
