story: playing a small pirate faction, over time I have built close to 20ish mining ships. About 4 or 5 hours into the game, I notice 80% of my mining ships are idle with NO MISSION. Ongoing problem, relatively safe home area secured with plenty of unoccupied, mineable systems nearby
