Two new bugs
1. USSR is unable to attack Rumanian controlled Bucharest. USSR is at war with Rumania. Bucharest contains German peace-keepers, whom are not at war with USSR. USSR should be able to attack the hex regardless (RAW 9.9). This breaks my game.

2. Rumanian units taking hexes in East Poland conquers on behalf of Germany. Since Germany and USSR are not at war, these hexes should become Rumanian and not German (RAW 2.5).

I have related bug. I railed a German division to Bucharest and stacked it with two Romania corps. The soviets could attack the hex and did so. I also had a garrison unit in the Black Sea port stacked with the Romania fleet. The soviets could not attack that hex.

When Romania was conquered the garrison needed to be placed out of the country nearest hex was neighbouring Yugoslavia. However, green end phase light never comes on and I cannot continue the game. This is a game stopper meaning I will have to go back two turns before I intervened! If anyone has an idea how to end the phase please let me know.

You could try hitting backspace with the unit that must relocate in-hand. That would destroy it and require it to be rebuilt, but at least then you might be able to continue your game.

Sorry that idea didn't work out for you. Could you possibly post a saved game from just before this problem arises?

Here, the Soviets cannot attack the Italian shiny helmets in German occupied Poland.

I had a problem attacking a Japanese unit in Mandalay with Chinese units when there were British units adjacent. Then the next Allied impulse I could attack with the Chinese. It was strange.
