Note: Officers/cards, jeep, cavalry, tank models and the TO&E feature all came after the initial release of ATG in April 2011. These features are not in the game manual.

Note: If you don't want to start from scratch, attached to this post is a text file named standard.atgtoe.txt. Just download, remove the .txt extension so that it reads standard.atgtoe and save to ATG's savedgames folder. Use the TO&E Editor to import into your random game. Edit to suit your needs. Works with random games generated with ANewDawn3.
