No "Save as" option?

Status: offline 		Having learnt the convoluted way to save your game under a different name how do i do a "save as" so that the next time i click the save game button it doesn't just overwrite my previously custom save?

Read page 9 of the manual. Easier for me to reference the instructions there rather than type out the paragraph.
