There is a 3.1 patch for CEAW Gold on the download site. When I downloaded it, my security software (Norton Antivirus), removed it, after classifying it as, "unsafe."

Is this patch functional...just an issue with the Norton Software? Or should I not try to install it?

Sorry we've not yes got back to you on this issue. I can assure you that our software is thoroughly checked before we distribute it to our customers. Some internet security packages can be extremely sensitive when detecting for infections. They can be so sensitive that they can generate false positives. Provided it has been downloaded via the Splash screen or from the links on the Matrix Games website then you will be able to install the patch as normal.
