Could you ask this to Matrix support? I think the discount has expired, but not 100% sure.
I am really doing tech support in this forum, and its my publisher (Matrix) who does the sales :)

There was a discount for the first several weeks after its in release in 2011. That discount expired long ago. A year or so ago the price was permanently reduced to $29.95. At least twice ATG has appeared as the 'deal of the week' for $19.95. I suspect at some point that deal may come around again.
