Does this work in reverse, say we have it on Steam but need to get a Matrix copy of the game in order to participate in beta testing?

I'm getting a message saying that the Steam key I got was already activated by an existing Steam account and therefore the key I received is invalid? Any ideas here?

Nelmsm, get ahold of Matrix Support directly. They should be able to resolve this issue.

Hello, I've bought the DLC, register it at Slitherine, but I can't find the option to redeem the Steam Key
