Status: offline 		congrats on being the first. Can you tell us what the size of the manual is. Someone asked that question and we don't yet have them so it would be great if you could post the manual size. I saw many expect it to be 5x7 inches, is that the size?

I thought that would be something you had to specify when ordering them. It does look nice.

Status: offline 		5x7?!? Boy, I sure hope not. I hope it is at least the size of the World in Flames books, or I will be marginally disappointed.

So, have you started shipping to United States purchasers yet? I'm hoping to get mine this week. Please Santa!

Status: offline 		The printed manual is the same size as the World in Flames books, significantly larger than our normal printed manuals that fit in the DVD box.

I'll check with the warehouse. The printer shipped one batch to the US warehouse and another to the EU warehouse. I'll see what the latest news is on when all back-orders will be shipped out.

You should get a notification when your copy ships out.
