%$#^! Drew up a new plan on two cocktail napkins at lunch. I had a shrimp salad sandwich. Plan is covered
in Old Bay and mayo on the way to a landfill.

On that note, it seems I "see" better over an Oregon Pinot Noir, so back to "Michaels" for some more planning.

Food and Alcohol.... check

Then you are good to go!

EDIT: So if a bunch of us ever want to go to Gettysburg battlefield, we have a B&B close by?!?

Hey, I got a snow blower this year though, lost the manual, told my neighbors wife to Google it for me, I hate smart phone use while on a fine imbibing routine.
FYI, don't ask your neighbors wife to Google that. I'm just saying. Could depend on your neighbors wife I suppose..............Mine, not so much.

You need a manual to operate the snowblower???! Or maybe you were trying to get the neighbour to operate it for you!
Pretty sure Cap Mandrake hasn't read that manual either ....

Why is that? How come the generals are always the ones that get to retreat and leave the rest of the outfit to fend for themselves? Did someone offer them a job as CNN military consultants??

I did some checking on the pilots listed in the P47 squadron today at work. That MacDonald guy caught my eye. Another historical character
"in the game". There are ALOT of them. The Devs have so much historical data in here, I stumble on it every time I look to analyze something or
another. Devs

I have always wondered if it makes a difference to train GndB at night before using bombers on night attacks. Have you tried any night training for those bombers?

There is no specific night training of anything in AE.

I knew there was no "skill" in the list for night training but sometimes things get buried in the game engine. Good to know that night training is not another problem to be addressed - I am at my limit for juggling problems!

As far as I recall the devs said there is no specific skill/experience/anything for night missions. Perhaps they adjust daytime skills or something akin to that is buried in the engine, but you don't need to do anything on 'night' specifically.

I believe George to be correct. I have noticed there is some limitations to what/how you can train certain NF squadrons. Turns away so I can't post a screen shot.

**Recon is less than desirable on day one. Over Gasmata I get the AF symbol, same over Umboi. It also shows five units at both locations. Weather over Gasmata was heavy rain, with light rain over Umboi. Orders go out to take another crack on the 24th. Both bomb groups should be ready by then as well.

***Recon from Arorae shows two CVs at anchor in the northern Gilberts. Over flights yesterday showed one. Forgot to check the weather etc.. I order another
fly over tomorrow and if I see it again, I may bring our carriers to bare. I think two of them need 48 hours more pier side in SoPac to be fully ready for sea. I can sail with nine now plus five CVL. Ticonderoga (Essex class) is a week out from Panama and will not reach the forward area at least three weeks. I would like to tuck her in the fold before I sortie after any major KB elements.
