Is there any selector that speeds up or eliminates the message about not enough manpower in air pool?

If you have a lot of air groups selected to add pilots, the message delay can take many minutes...annoying.

Will disable this popup for CR function.

Meanwhile you can modify message delay in preference screen. Default is quite high.
