I have added industrial annexes to two cities. Is that what you mean by upgrading them?

I did not do any city twice. I never saw damage.

Some players Move the new turn from Dropbox rather than Copy it.

Thank you for that info Chuck. I think this problem is one that hits one or more players that upgrade the same city more than once. But I am unsure.

Turns out it was a problem with the Exec i was using to replace locations with. The hotfix that Vic made, v.220h fixes the problem. I hope you all are playing a non-steam version, or you may get this problem until the next patch made by Vic is public there....

As a side note, I also made an error in coding, that causes double damage to cities if they are damaged already and upgraded. So on aside, don´t upgrade something that is damaged.

That code will be corrected in my next version.

Yes, you can continue on this one. I don´t see you getting into any trouble, as long as you have the hotfix from Vic installed. :)

Uh...I am one of those players who move the new turn from dropbox to my ATG saved games folder. I open it in ATG, play my turn, save as next nation, and return the new file to dropbox folder, along with my new turn now completed going back to the old turns folder. I admit I am new at this, so if I've done it wrong I apologize. Should I be making a copy instead?

It can't hurt to copy it. Twotribes wondered where it was. Leaving it up there helps the other players realize about where in the game cycle the turn stands.

It is certainly not a big deal either way.

The Royal Navy reports heavy sub losses in the North Sea. In the North Atlantic, the RN reports the sinking of a German commerce raider squadron of 11 destroyer II's and 2 light cruisers which were trying to breakout into the Atlantic shipping lanes with the loss of only 1 DD! On the continent, a Franco/Belgian contingent holds onto Antwerp in the face of tremendous pressure from the enemy.

The USA continues to prepare for defense.

China is caught up in negotiations and territory swaps. Driven by desire for security in troubled times, or perhaps for bases?

Actually I forgot about the shared recon option when I started the game, so I assume it will be whatever the default setting is.

Apologies all round.

Is anybody out there playing any ATG PBEM games at all at the moment? Its been like two or three days since any of my turn files appeared in Dropbox.
I'm having withdrawal symptoms. I've started to break out in cold sweats, got a nervous twitch in one eye and my left leg wont stop shaking.

Hey...I'm UK...preliminary word on my computer is that win 8 has to be reloaded. If France (allied with) wants to take my turn for me I can PM my turn password and try to play in next time around...just let me know here, as I can only use my computer at work once in a while for this forum, etc.

I talked to my son-in-law on Monday and he said it should be done by tonight. I will call him after work. I will try and have a UK turn done by tomorrow night if the computer is fixed and he is home.

The admiralty reports several successful sorties against the Kreigsmarine. In the east, an alliance is being formed between the Commonwealth and the nation of China.

The alliance structure in the Far East is dangerously convoluted. It would be possible within the rules of the game, and mod, for Chinese, British and Japanese troops to be in the same hex. This is a recipe for
disaster. I would not place units in the territory of an "ally". The rules and the recent mod will cause battles to be resolved by the "AI" if belligerency occurs. It is very, very hard to leave an alliance when
the structure is as complicated as it is in the Far East in this game.

Otherwise China and the USA watch the war from afar.
