I'm also using Chrome Blue theme mod.

1. I researched my 2nd regional capital tech but no 2nd regional capital building appeared in any colony's build list
Edit: Regional capital built by itself on planets even though I it is controlled manually through Empire Policy

2. One of my intelligent agent were stealing Kaiden research like crazy (90% success rate for 1 month). Then all of a sudden, he disappeared. No message that he got killed. No event recorded in message history.
I did get a warning from Kaiden to stop stealing tech though.

3. My save games are now 80mb playing my current game of 15 by 15 with 1400 stars. It takes well over 5-8 minutes for each save (late 2165). Is it suppose to take this long to save?

4. I keep getting official Diplomatic Warnings from my own empire to ME to remove military from a system.

5. And lastly, The game froze on me which wiped out 6 hours of gameplay. Perhaps too much data showing at once? Too much ships?
