I found the blizzard attrition too heavy.
It was 90 000 for a week during december if germans and soviet do nothing. Illness+frostbite casualties were actually 90 000 for a whole december and most of those returned back to active duty. This happens even with reduced blizzard effect. I think the casualties in game are permanent cause they are listed as so.

This kind of attrition will leave wehrmacht a skeleton and they are not able to inflict historically accurate damage to red army during the winter. The summer 1941 until december seemed very accurate.
