I do not have a problem with the RTB phase in solitaire. All works fine for me.

Me too, until I investigated this gamesave. I couldn't work around this problem. That convoy point wanted to go home, whatever I did...

I tracked down what the problem was - sort of.

The saved game had a flag set that the convoy was carrying a cargo and therefore could not stay at sea. Now how that flag got set is still a mystery, but I added a couple more lines of code so units with Sentry status that can always stay at sea (e.g., convoys and ASW units) are not forced to return to base - even if that flag gets set somehow.
