I am playing a new Scenario 17, version 2.3, all aircraft grounded, no aircraft losses at all.

I noticed that I am having a problem with pilot assignments in FS 35, 36 (P-39's) and FS 40 (P-400's). On turn 2 there is a wholesale change in FS 40 pilots except for one pilot (H. Scandrett). On turn two for FS 35 and 36 it looks ok with the new pilots coming in, although a couple of the pilots from turn one are gone. On the third turn the replacements I received on turn two are being replaced by new pilots. On turn four the replacements I received on turn three are being replaced again by new pilots.

As I mentioned earlier FS 40 pretty much goes through a complete change of pilots each turn except for H. Scandrett (I quess he stays to show the new guys were the barracks is located).

Needless to say, these squadrons aren't going to do very well.

I have attached my turn one file and below I have a three turn summary of FS 35.
