It seems that with the lasat 2.09 beta2 I can't have my HQ and artillery to executes my order. I noticed in several scenarios.
In attachment I put the saved games of turn 1 order, and the turn 2 start for the NS_AS Eyes, Ears and Teeth.

Status: offline 		possibly related: I had two WP arty units switching to 'on call' while they were on a human ordered 'hasty move'. I do not remember seeing that before. Sadly I do not have a useful save (PBEM).
