Good morning.

And a glorious morning it is. The battle for France had just begun, and Germany introduces the world to a new tactic and launc(h)es the first paradrop behind enemy lines to help create a breakthrough that, hopefully, will wreak havoc on the French lines.

I used to do that in Third Reich. I would capture Paris in 1939 . . .

By trapping most of the French Army, it would turn Vichy. Then I would capture Malta and Egypt. Vichy French armour on the Eastern Front . . .

I don't know who you were playing, but it wasn't me.

It been a long time, but IIRC matter can not be destroyed.

Then again does it really matter?

This however is true, as we understand physics.

Nah. All you have to do is have some leverage. Mine only wanted money, although while I was earning it she claimed that 'money can't buy happiness'. My response to her was, 'neither can poverty'.

Well after she was going to receive what the law said, half, she decided she wanted more. This went on for a short time when I informed her we where headed for trial. See, trial is where the lawyers get all the money. At that point she decided there was enough money for us to divide and settled.

Put me in pretty heavy debt though to be honest, but that was because I had to buy her out of the house and my retirement. I had to curtail some of my activities to be sure, but I recovered nicely. Second best money I ever spent. The first was putting my daughter through college.

Remember...

the total amount of energy in a closed system cannot be created nor destroyed (though it can be changed from one form to another).

Applies to matter as well. Matter may become energy and vice-verse.

By compression or by turning it into body fat.

How many energetic skinny people compared to energetic fat people are there? Expressed as a percentage of the population?

Stars create solid matter from the sub-atomic particles in their split-atom soup. There would only be hydrogen in the universe if stars did not create conditions for heavier materials to form. Supernovas fling out the solid materials and these space rocks sometimes clump together to form a planet or two ...
