No, I meant to great you and all the others visiting this forum. When I do so I do not think about all the songs that might, or might not, contain the greeting word that I use.

I feel grumpier and grumpier for each season that passes. And I say that for no particular reason at all. Maybe my stupidity increase as well. And I might just be to dumb to notice.

Have you considered visiting the Old Geezer thread? Grumpiness is celebrated there! As is forgetfulness, stupidity and inability to see what is in plain sight.

I've been visiting that thread from time to time. But why would I want to celebrate grumpiness? Or all the other things you mentioned. I seem to have forgotten what you said. Bah. Never mind. To many kids in that thread anyway. Youngsters, now days, have no respect.... Get of my lawn! Shoo!

Hope you are having a better morning than here! A rare storm from the Pacific NW is so powerful it is expected to reach the east coast of the US and Canada before it peters out. Meantime we are told to expect winds reaching hurricane force and heavy snowfall in some areas. Winnipeg is currently having horizontal snow, though not heavy yet. Areas around the Great Lakes will likely get the most snow.

Brrr. I am freezing already.

I hope you all are safe from the storm, and doesn't have to get out on the roads.

Global warming is SO nice! Why, if it weren't for that, there would probably be 2 miles or 3 kilometres of ice all over the world.

Of course, in Winnipeg, you don't have too much to block the wind either.

Then that should be a good time to climb Mount Washington in New Hampshire . . .

Gosh, that sucks. It'll be in the mid-70s here all week (and next), with the 'lows' overnight dipping into the upper 40s. Beautiful weather for camping, horseback riding, gardening and well...anything really.

Indeed. The Eagles O-line was mismatched against the Monsters of the Midway New York Football Giants' D-line today it seems. Iggles must *really* like the number '3' this year. More than halfway through the season and that's their win ceiling?

Wasn't that what happened today to the outside possibility of a winning season for the Dirty Birds?

ETA: Nope. I was wrong. Unless they run the table they won't get to 10 wins. If they lose one more then *that* will be their last opportunity to have a winning season.

As previously stated, the Iggles are laboring under the delusion that 'we're a good team if everyone is healthy'.

6-9-1 is still possible and might win the division, because the NFC East is a collective 2-18-1 against the rest of the NFL. They might be the weakest division in NFL history.
