What about a clam shell, an egg shell or even a snail shell?

The armor penetration / anti-personnel value of such shells is minimal.

Well, Sir, it also depends on what type of gun it is.

Who says that it is even fired from a gun. It might be launched from a catapult, a trebuchet, or some other device. He also does not state the medium that it is traveling through nor the conditions of that medium.

Sir, I feel I must point out that in order for the shell to have a muzzle velocity, the shell must have been fired, or launched, from a muzzle. Neither catapult nor trebuchet has a muzzle.

But maybe the catapult or the trebuchet had an animal with a muzzle that had the shell in its muzzle, launched the animal, then the animal sends the shell on its way.

Hurling severed heads into a besieged city was a known stratagem...but that's a new one. Kind of like a MIRV warhead.

Hey Zilch-how about those Iggles? Fine fine example of football prowess.

As of Friday morning, they will lose their 'first place' ignominious position in the NFC lEast. The colossus astride the vanquished foe will have a record containing FOUR wins some 11 games into the season.

Don't know about you, but I'm really really hoping for a 6-10 or 7-9 'champion' of the NFC East.
