In the case of Steam, you can always buy in our shops and then redeem a free Steam key from your Slitherine account, if �you don`t have one, just register at Slitherine.
You can add that redeemed key in your Steam account and unlock the game/expansion/DLC for free on Steam.

Yes, thanks for the Easter Egg. I got TOAW3 just now. Nevermind that I have every previous iteration of TOAW. I'm just glad Matrix keeps these classic wargames/engines fresh and compatible with current OS's. And thanks for another awesome discount!
