Status: offline 		I get the error message Invalid Serial Number when trying to install.

Bummas! Was all psyched ... I'm sure they will have a fix soon ...

We're not aware of any such issue, could you please e-mail me at erikr@matrixgames.com with your serial number?

Did you make sure there were no extra spaces and did you enter it exactly as provided, in the format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX?

Status: offline 		Having the same issue. I copied and pasted the serial exactly as found both on the store page for successful order and in the confirmation e-mail.

Thank you, we've found the issue and we are fixing it, it affects only download orders on the Matrix store. For customers who were affected, we will be sending out new order e-mails ASAP with correct serial numbers.

Status: offline 		It's already fixed in the store so that it won't affect any more orders, we're starting the process of e-mailing affected customers. My apologies for the inconvenience, you should have a new e-mail and serial number very soon!

Edit: that was fast now the serial is working.

Yes, it happened to me as well but simply the game was already registered.
