I'm part way through Phase I now. All is going well, for me, but the Russian Mig-31s seem to be landing almost immediately after they take off, and they don't fly out to engage anyone. Has anyone else noticed this behaviour?

This may depend on the MiGs. Some are CAP fighters and there are some that trigger as an intercept within certain ranges. If you exit the interception range those latter groups probably just RTB. In any case, REV 3 will be up pretty soon with all Red Russian fighters making the proper use of prosecution zones.

Okay, here's REV2 and what will probably be the final release of these three scenarios.

Changes in Rev 2:

Phase I

• Corrected a bug with the ‘Trigger Happy’ Red Russian flight
• Removed ‘2nd wave’ of Bears
• Made some select U.S. aircraft ‘ace’ level
• Employed prosecution zones for Red Russian missions
• Changed the time of the ‘Execute’ order for Phase I
• Changed the scenario duration to two days
• Made slight changes to the briefings
• Made slight changes to the initial air wing loadouts
• Added more munitions to the carrier magazine- UNREP is still a mystery but you should have enough here to git 'r done.

Phase II

• Made some select U.S. aircraft ‘ace’ level
• Fixed a conflict preventing the mining mission tasking message to appear
• Made one F-14 TARPS equipped at scenario start
• Fixed problem where one helo entering its box would drop both SEAL teams
• Changed a mission so that SEALs can be inserted either by SH-60F or SH-60B- not everyone reads the tasking msgs carefully enough and this can present as a bug when it's really not. Now it's more forgiving.
• Changed the mining mission reference point(s)
• Removed TLAMS from USS SAN JUAN (An oversight on the last revision)
• Made slight changes to the initial air wing loadouts
• Made slight changes to briefings where applicable due to above changes

Phase III

• Made slight changes to the initial air wing loadouts
• Made changes to clarify several briefing/ tasking messages
Removed Force recon msg about armor- I think most players had already killed the tanks by the time they got it
• Fixed a couple odd bugs
