My Hard Drive Crashed so I Installed a New One

After Installing and Uploading my Operating System, I downloaded the Latest Version of World in Flames

When I tried to Start the Game I received a message that I was Missing Madexcept.bbl

Can anyone help me with this

Status: offline 		Probably you need to reinstall from the original disk and then update to the latest version. If you just did the digital download - instead of the disk - then you need to start with the original download.

Status: offline 		I have no other advice than what Paul provided. The MadExcept file is just one of many that probably is not part of a 'partial' download.

Sorry for your hassle with this. Lost hard drives can be very trying on the soul.
