Will we have anything like a real hierarchy - where a formation subordinate to a division HQ is subordinate to a corps HQ is subordinate to an Army HQ (or something to that effect?).

Any chance we'll be able to shift forces between formations? Or create new headquarters for formations in game?

Leaders would be cool aswell with their own modifiers.

I would have thought Formation amendments were essential and Leader effects desirable, since comparable games have introduced full OOB modelling since. I see little point in scaling the game up to handle larger campaigns if key parts of operational warfare at that scale like the order of battle can not be amended.

Units are subordinate to Formations, then there is further linkage via three levels of cooperation.
