I have just tried to install both this and Tin Soldiers Julius Caesar on my 64 bit laptop and have received a message advising Net Framework 1.1 is not supported on a 64 bit Windows 8.1 machine, do I wish to proceed? As I seem unable to play the games without I guess I do but I am afraid of causing a problem on my Laptop. Is there a work around for someone who is not that PC literate?
