Hi Devs

In the NI scen Deliverance, you encounter a Pl-640 Whisky Canvas Bag (DB entry #253).

That sub is emitting it�s radar from periscope depth, even though I�m pretty sure the radar could only be operated from the surface.

Also it is impossible to hit it with ARM�s.

I�m guessing it is because it is a sub, but you should be able to hit nonetheless.

Attached is a save that shows the sub emitting at -20m.

Surface the sub and switch sides, and you still can�t attack it with the Intruder from side B.
