Hi gang, I'm enjoying this game very much. To win a scenario completely do you have to have the objective cities garrisoned with infantry.
I have beat the ai a few times but I never get a full victory. I also play civil war 2 and others, what might I being doing wrong. I am a noobie to this engine, really getting to enjoy the games. There are parts that I am just not getting .

The post by lokie is great answered many of my questions. I have been playing the scenarios I don't feel that I have a good enough understanding the mechanics to play a whole full campaign.
