I can't see how to trade resources! Is it possible?

In the diplomacy menu with a race, i think in the bottom of this menu, there are the extraluxuaries that you can trade. If you talk about the normal ressources that trade is automated. Your civ. trader take them and deliver them to other empires or they come with their own traders. There is "sadly" no "give me xxx steel for xxx credits" if you talk about that.^-^

Yeh I got the big stuff. I'm short of ordinary luxuries and short of invading I'm not going to get them.

I sorry guys but the longer I play this game the more depressing the diplomacy situation becomes. Please fix it.
